We incorporate technology in our farms and plants to reduce amount of water we use as much as possible the as well as the energy we consume.

Energy efficiency and hydraulic footprint
For us it is highly important to maintain traditions. At the end of the day, it has turned us into what we are today. But we also know how important it is to adapt to present times in order to grow in an innovative and above all, sustainable way.
To this end, we have adapted advances in technology to our plantations that enable us to for example, optimise the quantity of water we use, make decisions based on climate or maintain a thorough control over trees through BIG DATA. In this way we can reach high levels of energy efficiency y reduce our hydraulic footprint to a minimum.
On the other hand, we own a Biofactory: a plant in which we produce our own biofertilizers, developed on the basis of a specific nutritional plan that optimizes fertilization results.

Study with indigenous strains
We investigate different indigeous strains to see how they interact with the environment and plants so that we can use them both in their nutrition and biological control.
Among them, the University of Cordoba where we work with the Agronomy department to catalogue and characterise microorganisms that are beneficial for our farms and crops in order to use them as biofertilisers.
